Upon your arrival a deposit is charged:

The deposit will be charged to the credit card available upon arrival and will be released after the apartment has been inspected.
We are not able to allow cash deposits, only credit and debit card payments possible.
Amsterdam ID Aparthotel is a cash free hotel, so please bring your credit or debit card for any further payments. All the major bankcards are accepted!
The credit card provided when making the booking has to be present at check-in. If the credit card owner is not travelling with you, please contact our reservations department prior to arrival.
The head booker who is staying at the hotel must have a minimum age of 21 years. Any bookings made where all members are under the age of 21 will not be accepted.
Baby bed / Extra bed
We are able to place a baby bed free of charge in the following apartments:
Studio Executive, 1-Bedroom Apartment, 2-Bedroom Apartment, 3-Bedroom Apartment and 4-Bedroom Apartment. Please note that a baby bed is suitable for children until 3 years.
An extra bed can be placed for € 35,- per night in the following apartments:
1-Bedroom Apartment, 2-Bedroom Apartment, 3-Bedroom Apartment and 4-Bedroom Apartment.
Please let us know in advance if you wish to add either a baby bed or an extra bed as we have limited availability. We are able to place a maximum of 1 baby bed or extra bed per apartment.
Amsterdam ID Aparthotel is located in the area Amsterdam Sloterdijk(West).
The train station Amsterdam Sloterdijk is only a 3 min. walk from the ID Aparthotel. After exiting the main entrance of the station, turn left and pass the Grand Café Hermes. As you are crossing the road at the traffic lights, keep walking straight on, you will then find the entrance ahead of you. There are two main ways to buy tickets for train travel: at the station
or in advance via the Internet via https://www.ns.nl/en
Our hotel is approximately 20 minutes away from Schiphol Airport. There are different ways to reach our hotel, you can take exits from the A5, E22 or N200, depending on the route you take. We do recommend our guests to use a navigation device while driving to our Aparthotel. The address of the location is Naritaweg 51, 1043 BP Amsterdam.

Check-in is from 3PM onwards.
An early check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival, but you are welcome to leave your belongings in our luggage room!

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in every apartment!
We offer secured parking in our gated garage for € 15,- per night.
Although security for the car park is provided by a gate and camera system, parking is at your own risk.
All apartments are cleaned weekly and every 3 days we provide new towels and linen.
In the laundry room you will find laundry and drying facilities. An iron and ironing board are available and can be brought to your apartment. If you have suits or shirts, no worries, we also offer dry cleaning possibilities on request.
The costs for using our laundry machine is €3 and our drying machine is €2.
We do not allow dogs, cats, fish and any other pets in the hotel.
Baby beds can be provided free of charge and placed in all apartments (except the Studio)
Extra beds can be placed in all apartments (except the Studio and Studio Executive) for € 35,- per night.
We are able to place a maximum of 1 baby bed or extra bed per apartment.
We are a non-smoking hotel which means smoking is not permitted in all areas. We have a terrace where you are allowed to smoke cigarettes. Please note that if you do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 200,- fine.
