How many beds does Amsterdam ID Aparthotel offer?
The available apartments provide room for 1 to 8 guests. Our studio-apartment has the kitchen, bed and living room, all in one spacious area. Our other apartments offer different amounts of bedrooms and bathrooms.

If you plan on arriving with a group of 5, 7 or 9 people, booking an apartment for 4, 6 or 8 guests is possible. We will provide you with an extra bed for €35 per night. Please, make sure to let us know in advance, as we only have a limited amount of beds available. Please be advised that we cannot place extra beds in our studio apartments.

By Train
The train station Amsterdam Sloterdijk is only a 3 min. walk from the ID Aparthotel. After exiting the main entrance of the station, turn left and pass the Grand Café Hermes. As you are crossing the road at the traffic lights, keep walking straight on, you will then find the entrance ahead of you. There are two main ways to buy tickets for train travel: at the station

By Car
Our hotel is approximately 20 minutes away from Schiphol Airport. There are different ways to reach our hotel, you can take exits from the A5, E22 or N200, depending on the route you take. We do recommend our guests to use a navigation device while driving to our Aparthotel. The address of the location is Naritaweg 51, 1043 BP Amsterdam.

If your navigation device hasn’t been updated recently and you can’t find the address Naritaweg 51, try searching for the address Barajasweg 28 which is the address of the garage under the ID Aparthotel.

How do I get from the Aparthotel to the centre of Amsterdam?
From train station Amsterdam Sloterdijk, it’s approximately 5 minutes by train to Amsterdam’s city centre. The train departs every 3 to 6 minutes and runs from 06.00 am until 02.00 am. The price for a return ticket to Amsterdam Central station is €4,60.

Another fun way to get to the city centre is by hiring our bicycles. It takes between 15 and 20 minutes to get to the Dam square.

Getting around
Get around Amsterdam the easy way with the 2-day or 3-day Amsterdam Travel Ticket and get a discount up to 45%. This ticket allows you to travel across Amsterdam without limits for the chosen days.
With each ticket you can travel in all buses, trams, metros and ferries operated by GVB. A 2nd class rail travel ticket between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and any station in Amsterdam is included.

How do I make a reservation for a large group?
If you are planning to make a reservation for more than 3 rooms or 10 people, please send an enquiry to our reservations department.

When can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in time at our 24 hour reception starts at 3 PM. Check-out is possible until 11 AM. Checking in or out outside these hours might be possible on request, but can only be guaranteed 24 hours prior to arrival. Additional charges may be applicable. If you happen to arrive early, you can also leave your luggage at our front desk free of charge.

Why and how much is the deposit?
In order to prevent smoking and damages in the apartments, a security deposit is withheld at check-in. The security deposit for the studio and one bedroom apartment is 50 euro, the security deposit for our two and three bedroom apartments varies between 200 and 300 euro. Please be aware that we don’t accept cash.

How can I pay the deposit?
The deposit must be authorized via a credit card. Amsterdam ID Aparthotel accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners. Any credit card transaction will be completed within the protected environment of our secure payment system. The authorization will be released automatically by us after check-out. It depends on your bank when exactly you will be able to use the money again.

How can I pay without a credit card?
When you don’t have a credit card, you may use one of a family member or another relative. The requirement for using someone else’s credit card is to fill in a permission statement and to include a copy of the passport and a copy of the credit card of the owner. Amsterdam ID Aparthotel offers free WiFi, our wireless connection is fast and easy to use. Every room has its own connection.

What are the amenities at Amsterdam ID Aparthotel?
The apartment includes a complimentary welcome package containing coffee pads, tea, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, 2 dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and toilet paper. Please note that this will not be complemented when used. Bed linen and towels are provided as well and these will be changed during your stay over cleaning which is provided on a weekly base for stays of 7 nights or longer.

Can I park my car at Amsterdam ID Aparthotel?
Amsterdam ID Aparthotel offers secure parking spaces for €15,- per night. The parking garage is located in the basement of the Apartment Hotel. Since the parking spots are limited, make sure to reserve your spot in advance. Please send an e-mail if you would like to reserve a parking space.

Does Amsterdam ID Aparthotel offer housekeeping services?
All apartments are cleaned on a weekly base, for stays of 7 nights or longer.
Towels will be changes every 3 nights.

Is there a washing machine in my apartment?

In order to do laundry, ID Aparthotel has washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. To use these laundry facilities, the costs are €3 for the washing machine and €2 for the drying machine. Our washing machines add washing powder automatically, there is no need to bring supplements of your own.

Is there any air conditioning in the apartments?
The apartments don’t have air conditioning but climate control. Our guests are able to turn on or turn off the temperature with a few degrees.

Can I bring my pet?
There are no pets allowed at Amsterdam ID Aparthotel.

Can children stay for free?
At Amsterdam ID Aparthotel children up to 4 years can stay in the apartments for free. Children who are 4 years or older are counted as an adult. However, due to Dutch law, only one child per bedroom or studio is allowed.
A baby bed in your apartments can be provided. The price for a baby cot €10,- per night. Please contact our reservation department for more details.
